Damaged at Johnson AB, Japan in a ground accident while parked.

The Commando was hit on the ground by Commando 44-78497.

Shortly after takeoff from Naha AB, during the initial climb, the Commando stalled and crashed. Six passengers were killed while 16 other occupants were injured.
