Assigned to the 5th Air Force, 54th Troop Carrier Wing, 375th Troop Carrier Group operating in the Southwest Pacific.

10 January 1945

Ferried through Brisbane Eagle Farm, Queensland, Australia.

25 January 1945

Went missing over the Southwest Pacific theatre in unknown circumstances. [MACR 12246]

Returned to service.

ca 1946

Assigned to Nichols Field, Philippines and stored.

Purchased as part of a 25 Commandos purchased from USAAF surplus in the Philippines by UNRRA for use by CAT.

Ferried to Tien Ho, Guangdong, China and stored as part of CAT's reserve fleet.

Used for parts and probably broken up at Tien Ho.
