Received major damage after nosing over on takeoff from Dianopolis, Brazil (no fatalities).

During the takeoff roll, the Commando went out of control, veered off runway and came to a halt. There were no injuries but the aircraft was severely damaged. The loss of control was caused by the bad condition of the runway surface.

Subsequently repaired, but it is uncertain whether or not it flew again.

30 June 1971

Registration cancelled.
