Assigned to ATC India-China Wing, 30th Transport Group, 302nd Transport Squadron based in Mohanbari, Assam, India.

18 November 1943

Went missing near Chengkung, Yunnan, China (2/2 fatalities).

The Commando crashed in unknown circumstances shortly after takeoff from Kunming, in the Chenggong district. Both crew members were killed.
