Crashed near Shingbwiyang, Burma after the crew bailed out. [MACR 13171] [date sometimes reported as 1 April 1945, but this would be inconsistent with the date it was condemned]

The Commando was enroute between Chabua, Assam, India and Kunming, Yunnan, China when the crew was forced to bail out. It crashed 50 km southwest of Shingbwiyang, Burma. Crew fate is unknown.
