Damaged beyond repair near Chabua, Assam, India in an accident after takeoff (4/4 fatalities).

Shortly after takeoff from Chabua, while climbing, the Commando stalled and crashed in a huge explosion in a field located 4 miles east of the airfield. All four crew members were killed.
