Damaged beyond repair 12 km northeast of Kunming, Yunnan, China in an accident (fatalities).

Pilot: 2nd Lt Roy Grant Jr (killed, pictured)

The Commando crashed trying to make an approach in thunderstorms.

Condemned for salvage.
