Damaged beyond repair in Managua, Nicaragua in a takeoff accident (1/2 fatalities).

The Commando was operating a cargo flight between Managua, Nicaragua and Miami, FL with only two crewmembers onboard. The aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff, killing one pilot and wounding the other.
