Damaged beyond repair near La Toma, San Luis, Argentina in a forced landing (0/4 fatalities).

The Commando was operating a cargo flight with three crewmembers and one passenger onboard. This was apparently a smuggling flight into Argentina. The crew had to perform a forced landing near La Toma in San Luis, Argentina. The aircraft was destroyed while all four occupants escaped uninjured.

April 1963

Part of the fuselage, cargo door and cargo floor used to convert Commando 42-61061 registered LV-FTR into a freighter at Buenos Aires Ezeiza, Argentina.
