Assigned to 20th Air Force, XX Bomber Command, 2nd Air Transport Squadron (Mobile) based in Luliang, Yunnan, China.

30 June 1945

Damaged beyond repair in Luliang, Yunnan, China in a takeoff accident.

Pilot: Lt. Charles Ralph Hogan (survived, later became Kunming Airfield Commander)

During a crosswind takeoff from Luliang, the pilot lost control of the Commando, possibly due to a brake malfunction.

Condemned for salvage.
