Damaged beyond repair on approach to Ramey AFB, PR (5/5 fatalities).
The Commando was on its delivery flight from the USA to Brazil. While on approach to Ramey AFB in Aguadilla, PR, it struck a hill. All occupants were killed and the aircraft was destroyed.
