Assigned to Nichols Field, Philippines.

12 August 1945

Damaged beyond repair at Nichols Field, Philippines in a takeoff accident.

While taking off, the Commando collided with Douglas C-47 Skytrains 42-100477 & 42-100622, which were both damaged.

13 August 1945

Condemned for salvage, obsolete.
