Secondary routes of the wing included Cuba, Puerto Rico, Nassau, Galapagos and several lend-lease bases operated by the 6th Air Force in the Caribbean.

On 1 July 1944, along with all other ATC wings, the Caribbean Wing was upgraded to Caribbean Division.

During the course of the war, ATC's Caribbean Wing ferried over 16,000 aircraft and carried over 100,000 personnel over the Florida to Trinidad route alone.
