Damaged beyond repair near La Paz, Bolivia when it crashed into Mount Cunatincuta shortly after departure (12/12 fatalities).

The Commando, on a flight from La Paz to San Borja, Bolivia, struck Mount Cunatincuta 13 minutes after takeoff.
