Probably assigned to the 13th Air Force, 403rd Troop Carrier Group operating in the Southwest Pacific theater.

Ferried through Brisbane Eagle Farm, Queensland, Australia.

Unknown date

Assigned to Nichols Field, Philippines.

21 April 1947

Condemned, reclamation.

4 January 1949

Reclamation completed. [date noted as 4 January 1947, impossible]

Possible History 2 (less likely):

Assigned to I Troop Carrier Command, 813th AAF Base Unit, Sedalia AAF, MO, Squadron B.

11 March 1945

Involved in a ground accident at Sedalia AAF, MO.

The Commando was parked when it was hit by sistership 44-77711 of the same unit taxied nearby by Michael J. d'Asaro.

Fate unknown.
