Ben W. Wildfeldt

Benjamin Walter Widtfeldt (1929-1987) was an aircraft broker. In the 1950's, he founded M & W Aircraft Leasing with partner Harry S. McCandless at Council Bluffs, IO. The company specialized in Fairchild C-82s. He brokered a Commando purchased from the RFC to Zantop in 1954. Widtfeldt later operated in San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ where he founded another brokerage & leasing company, Desert Aviation Inc., in the 1960's.
